Position Summary

The Implementation Analyst will support the integration process for clients into EnableComp high-performance product suite. The IA will support activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives and will help coordinate various tasks for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite. The IA will help support senior managers with project timelines, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
  • Work with internal team members and clients to review project action items, and resolve issues
  • Support senior team members to identify solutions for client's specific requirements
  • Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client's implementation
  • Escalate change requests and issues effectively
  • Support project team in managing aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
  • Provide status updates to senior manager and other stakeholders as requested
  • Use of independent judgment and discretion as it relates to responsibilities detailed above.
  • Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
  • Revenue cycle experience a plus.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.
  • Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, and cloud-based document sharing systems.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
