Position Summary

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and manage activities associated with new client implementation projects and internal initiatives. This role will plan, execute, and coordinate the activities for on-boarding new and existing clients to the EnableComp technology-based service suite. The IPM will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
  • Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
  • Consult and identify solutions for client's specific requirements
  • Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client's implementation
  • Manage change and client expectations effectively
  • Create and maintain documentation of all processes and procedures
  • Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
  • Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.
  • Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required.
  • Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.
  • Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.
