Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for various levels of administrative support for the Sales and Marketing teams. This position requires a poised, polished professional that functions with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and excellence. The Coordinator manages procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and partners with leadership to support various company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Marketing team in the development, implementation and administration of Sales and Marketing plans and ideas
  • Responsible for tradeshow booth management logistics for all conferences including registration, packing/shipping of tradeshow booths and materials for sales team
  • Manages marketing inventory and serves as a liaison between the company and print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services including promotional materials
  • Assists with planning efforts for company-related internal, external or client events
  • Responsible for data entry in Salesforce CRM to support content strategy
  • Partners with the sales team to develop materials and other marketing initiatives as needed
  • Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares reports for leadership
  • Provides intel on competitor messaging and updates CRM accordingly
  • Assists with response and preparation to contracts and RFPs as needed
  • Manages expense reporting as needed
  • Assists with company website updates and social media messaging
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed
  • Other duties as required

Experience, Education, & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or marketing
  • Work experience within a healthcare technology company preferred
  • 2 years of experience with customer relationship management database, Salesforce a plus.

  • Proficient in MS office for the purpose of generating spreadsheets, reports and creating presentations, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Some travel required
