Position Summary:

The ETL Operations Analyst will work with business owners, data architects, database developers and analysts to create data solutions that enable holistic visualizations, forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis to provide deeper insight into various products and their delivery platforms. The ETL Operations Analyst implements, understands, and can operate across the entire analytical workflow from business requirements to solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand complex business and engineering challenges
  • Review ETL specifications to determine if setup can happen through configuration or if development is needed
  • Setup ETL configurable requests
  • Review specifications for missing ETL functionality
  • Create functional specifications for missing ETL functionality and work with Development team to ensure accuracy of specifications and design
  • Monitor and review current ETL configurations for improvement and accuracy
  • Review process output to ensure proper data alignment for Enablecomp claims processing
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in technology, computer science, data science, etc. or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-3 years' experience working with Healthcare data
  • Detail-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a desire to take initiative
  • Must foster good lines of communication with the business and development teams
  • TSQL knowledge a plus

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy/scan/print machine, phone and computer.
